We are a small artisan winery. Year after year, we strive to better understand the personality of our plots. We vinify each plot and each variety without pre-established recipes, following our experience and intuition. Our greatest commitment is to enhance the characteristics of the grape that each vintage delivers us.

We try to preserve the particularity of our land and each vintage with the minimum intervention.

We apply traditional winemaking methods, but we do not turn our backs on technology. The volatameter, the spectrophotometer, the pH meter allow us to explore the ins and outs of our wines and understand them better. They do not replace tasting.

We carry out a first pre-fermentative cold maceration to enhance the fruity aromas.

After devatting, we separate the wine presses. Each one will have different qualities that will be valuable for the final coupages. We press minimally.

The aging is done in French oak barrels. We limit ourselves to about 20 barrels a year. We do not consider the aging of our wines as a fixed time in the barrel. Each wine remains in the barrel for as long as it needs.
